Furthermore, ToyBox does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the generated images or other materials provided by the app.
In no event shall ToyBox or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the app or the generated content, even if ToyBox or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
You acknowledge that all content generated using ToyBox is based on the inputs you provide. You are fully responsible for the legality and appropriateness of any content you generate. ToyBox does not store or monitor the images you create, but reserves the right to restrict access to users who misuse the service or violate applicable laws.
Access to image generation requires the use of credits. Each generated image costs 1 credit. Credit packages are available for purchase:
Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Credit purchases are one-time and non-renewable. Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
